Returns & Refunds Policy

We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from Outdoor Stash Solutions. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we’re here to help.

Return Eligibility
- You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery.
- Returned items must be in their original packaging, unused, and in resellable condition.
- Custom orders or made-to-order items are **not eligible** for return unless defective.

Due to the size and nature of our products, a 15% restocking fee may apply for non-defective returns. 

Return Process
1. Contact our customer service team at info@outdoorstashsolutions.com or call (551) 229-9338 within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. We will issue a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and return instructions.
3. Ship the product back using a trackable shipping method.

Return Shipping Costs
- If the return is due to our error (e.g. wrong item, damaged on arrival), we will cover return shipping.

Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days.
- Refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Defective Items
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. Send photos of the damage and we will assist with a replacement or full refund.
